Firstly TEFA? A.?. has started to work with OYAK-RENAULT in the year 1983. TEFA? has increased itself customer portfolio and continue the business as become an automotive tier 1 supplier from 1983 year until nowadays. During the same period the company went through a systems audit by its customer and was granted ‘’A level’’ quality certificate. The company was honored of being awarded in ISO 9002 quality certificate in year 1995 and in 2000 an QS-9000 quality certificate in 2003 ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management Systems Certificate. Since 1995 company is exporting high technology product to its customer in various countries. In the same year (1995) TEFA? has established a new plant to DUDULLU. All of the TEFA? DUDULLU PLANT and some part of the TEAFA? TOPKAPI PLANT have been moved to a new and very modern plant located in GEBZE (TAYSAD ENDUSTRIAL ZONE) in year 2007. TEFA? A.?. TOPKAPI PLANT (CENTER), the European side of ?STANBUL premises covering area is 6000 sqm of closed and 1500 sqm of open area and TEFA? A.?. GEBZE PLANT (BRANCH), the Asian side of ?STANBUL premises covering 24.000 sqm of closed and 17.000 sqm of open area. Tefa? produce the stamping parts, projection and point welded parts as well as gas welded parts (robotic gas welding two arm) at GEBZE PLANT.TEFA? A.?. TOPKAPI PLANT produce stamping parts, projection and point welded parts as well as gas welded parts, in addition to this pulley, powder painted parts, and the zinc coated parts (zinc, zinc-ferrous, zinc-nickel) TEFA? is continuously investing in modern equipment and machinery to improve its technological abilities and is counted today among one of the most modern factories with modern workbenches, skilled engineers and qualified employees in Turkey. The both factory has also installations to purify chemical wastewater and has got the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Certificate.
