The production starting with single lathe in 1955 has entered into the process of development and growth as a result of coming into play of the second generation with Dündar ÇATALAY, Serdar ÇATALAY and Erdal ÇATALAY in 1979. Having moved to new factory established on 10.500 m2 closed space in ?stanbul, Samand?ra 1988, ?AFAK MAK?NA CO. become an integrated plant. Construction of the factory having closed area of 24.000 m2 in Düzce organized industrial zone still proceeds. Our firm manufactures different products over 1000 to automotive and tractor main industries of whole World. Connection elements working under high and low pressures, pipe hose assemblies, air conditioner, fuel and brake pipe assemblies, compressors of commercial vehicle, brake exhaust valves, special engineering parts and piano group assemblies, Ford transit V184 vacuum pump are manufactured in our factory. Our firm maintains developing its production capability in the direction of customer expectations with CNC Machining, Pipe Bending Equipment pools and Forging, coating support plants. It does not use itself the machinery designed and manufactured with R&D studies and offers its own technology to World market. The finest samples of these are CNC pipe bending and PLC end shaping and CNC lathes.
