Precipart supplies customer-specific, micromechanical precision components to sophisticated industries. Typical products include instruments, implants, screws, panels, casings, pins, bushings, joints, tips, probes, grippers, sleeves, pistons, actuators, shafts, gearwheels, gearboxes, etc. We focus on components of up to approx. 100 mm in size with narrow tolerances, in addition to placing high demands on quality and documentation. Precipart is proficient in individual production as well as large and ultra-large batch production. Our services comprise a wide range of production technologies that include turning, milling, injection moulding, additive manufacturing, spark erosion and laser cutting as well as punching and bending. We provide these services for titanium, steel, aluminium, precious metals, non-ferrous metals, ceramics and sapphire. Downstream processes such as surface treatment, inscription and assembly round off our range of offers. If required, Precipart can assist with the product registration process, supporting clients along the supply chain as well as in matters of quality assurance.
