For three generations, MEKRA LANG has now been providing active impulses for all round vision systems for commercial vehicles. Experience and our professional approach has turned this family-run company into a global player with 18 business locations around the world such as; Germany, Brasil, USA, Sweden, Hungary, Czeck Republic, England, France, Turkey, Mexico, India, China and South Korea. As a reliable supplier of systems to the commercial vehicle industry, MEKRA LANG has an excellent reputation for a high degree of manufacturing expertise and its service-orientated approach of always putting the customer first. The high technical standard and the innovations of MEKRA LANG have had a decisive influence on the standards of the entire sector. In 1999 MEKRA LANG has founded MEKRA LANG - Turkey in order to extend the activities in near and middle-east. The production plant is located in Temelli which has a total area of 18.000m² and closed area for production is 7.700m². Mekra Lang – Turkey is manufacturing rear view mirror systems for buses, trucks, vans and transporters. Besides his role of being the main supplier of Mercedes, MAN, BMC, Otakar and Temsa, it is also exporting to Germany, Russia, Serbia, Brasil, China, Iran, Egypt, Singapore, Croatia, Portugal, Sweden, Holland. In early 2006, the production line of bus mirror systems, polyurethane injection machines and molds had been transferred from Germany to Turkey. Since then Turkey has become the center of the bus mirror systems production. Mekra Turkey has been awarded ISO 9001: 2000, ISO TS 16949: 2002 and EN ISO 14001: 2004 certificates. Our customer oriented management system, high-tech production capability and continious development vision allows us to become the leader in the production of rear view mirror systems.
