In 1978 our company was founded, to serve to all sectors. The production of molds and metal parts of any kind has started. In 1998, the focus has been laid on the automotive sector, so we invested in various machinery and equipment and the capacity was expanded. With the desire of the automotive industry (JIT) JUST IN TIME, by applying the exact time production model, the production and deliveries have started. Mass production was switched to the cellular system, which allows us to respond to the needs faster and more convenient. With increasing client portfolio in 2004, the renewal in the sector have been closely monitored and implemented. Towards a global company, our company has accelerated the performance. Today we have serious performance machinery and skills and thus have a say in new projects. Our team can reverse engineer a complex system that can design and develop new products, alternative processes. Used in CAE, CAD, CAM project and production. Prototype production is available for design verification. We do not just design parts and products, but we also install cell systems to produce these products in series. We can project with AUTOCAD & SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM, POLYWORKS, FARO CAM2 Measure 10, and design using CNC machines. Design, mold, fixture and parts production are made in the company in order to be able to bid accordingly. We can control and control the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of the products we produce. All modern quality tools are applied to our production systems such as SPC, Standard Work Plans and Poka-Yoke. Being a preferred supplier of our customers is our constant Kaizen philosophy.
