-The Company is a supplier of glass products for various industries, including the automotive market. The Company also manufactures high value coatings for plastic primarily for the automotive market. -The Company operates through two businesses: Guardian Glass and SRG Global. Guardian Glass: Supplies float glass, value-added glass and fabricated glass products and solutions for a variety of industries, including the automotive industry. SRG Global: Provides high value coatings on plastic for the automotive industry -In March 2009, the Company combined its automotive trim operations to create a new company called SRG Global Inc. SRG supplies plastic parts for automotive manufacturers. The new company consists of Guardian Automotive; Siegel-Robert Automotive, which the Company had previously acquired; and Lab Radio, which was the Company's European trim business.
