The Performance Sensing business is a leading supplier of automotive and HVOR sensors, including pressure sensors, speed and position sensors, temperature sensors, and pressure switches. The Performance Sensing business accounted for approximately 74% of the Company’s net sales in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.
