-The Company is an independent manufacturer of engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems for the commercial vehicle, automotive, agricultural, motorcycle and off-highway vehicle markets. -In August 2014, the Company sold its Wiring business to India-based Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. Currently, the Company operates in three business segments: Control Devices: sensors, switches, valves and actuators. Electronics: electronic instrument clusters, electronic control units and driver information systems. PST Eletrônica: electronic vehicle security alarms, convenience accessories, vehicle tracking devices and monitoring services and in-vehicle audio and video devices primarily for the South American market. -On January 31, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of Orlaco Products B.V., a leading supplier of vehicle camera solutions. The transaction consisted of a EUR 75 million purchase consideration on a debt-free, cash-free basis, with an additional EUR 7.5 million consideration contingent on financial performance. -In May 2017, the Company acquired the remaining 26% stake in PST Electronica Ltda., making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
