The Company supplies urethane and bead foam technologies to serve the automotive and commercial vehicle industry as well as several other business sectors around the world. -The Company manufactures seat cushions, frames, head restraints, arm rests, headliners, acoustic insulators, cargo systems and safety components. -Proseat, a foam seating pad manufacturer that represents the Company in Europe, is a joint venture between the Company (49%) and Recticel (51%).
