Description:BOSMAL designs and manufacturescontrol gauges, dedicated measurement rigsfor quality check and also the technological equipment. Controlgauges mainly applies for accessories such as vehicle lighting (lens, housing), seats, automotive carpets/insulation, glazing (windscreens, side and back windows), wiper mechanism and many others. Control gauges features wireless sensors with tablets and IT solutions for measurements program and data acquisition.
There is a vast experience in vibration holders design and production including engineering calculation of eigen frequency and modal analysis.
Bosmal has accredited laboratories for metrological and material analysis for components verification. -
Production automation. Design and production of customized machines and process equipment
Description:BOSMAL offers complete solutions for automation in a field of design and production of robotized and automated stations as well as production lines.
Currently our team is working on a customized production station based on two industrial robots. Station incorporated market leading equipment of conveyor, vision system, HMI panel, color/inductive sensors, safety curtain and other features. The range of application covers quality control, packaging, pick and place tasks, machining, gluing or assembly.
Machines are manufactured in accordance with the latest applicable EU requirements.
