Metal 99 Ltd. was founded by Hungarian private persons on 1st October 1991. Its headquarters is located in Dabas, where today a complex consisting of several production halls which employs 120 people marks our dynamically developing company. Our predecessor has been doing business with Budapest Transport Corporation since 1980, a crucial partner to our company ever since. In the first 15 years, our main scope of activity consisted of the repair of doors, windows and various sheet parts of suburban and urban railway and road vehicles, as well as the renovation of the electrical installations of these vehicles.
