Madras Engineering Industries wasfounded in 1966 by Mr E.K.Parthasarathy.We began production of Manual SlackAdjuster components in 1982 and in1999 the first Automatic Slack Adjusters were produced. From foundation the focus has been on becoming a world class supplier to the Original Equipment and Replacement markets. Our patented self-adjusting automatic slack adjuster is now supplied to many of the world’s leading OEM and the Parthasarathy family still own and run the business today.
