Description
The foundation of this success was launched in 1932, with the founding of Fabrini in São Paulo. Initially a supplier of suspension springs for the aftermarket, Fabrini started supplying its products to the first automakers installed in Brazil in 1957.
In 1960 it moved to São Bernardo do Campo, building a factory with 20,000 m².
In 1996 Fabrini was incorporated by the San Luis Rassini group. This group, based in Mexico, produces suspension and braking systems, is a supplier of original equipment to the largest automakers in the world and has plants throughout the American continent.
In parallel, in 1956 the Cimebra was founded in Rio de Janero. It would begin supplying the automakers in 1967.
The NHK-Spring group of Japan was incorporated in 1975. NHK, with more than six decades of history, is the largest manufacturer of springs in the world, with presence in almost all continents and working in other sectors, such as automotive seats, industrial equipment, and security and information systems.
In the same year of the incorporation of Fabrini, 1996, the decision to act jointly in the Brazilian market made these two groups to found RNA, Rassini - NHK Automotive.
RNA maintains the Fabrini brand for helical springs and NHK for spring bundles on the market, given its high degree of identification and the confidence it has gained over more than 80 years of operation.
Through two plants, one in São Bernardo do Campo, in the State of São Paulo and another in Nova Iguaçu, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, RNA produces helical springs, spring bundles and accessories for automotive suspensions. The two plants total 35,000 m² of constructed area, in a total area of ??55,000 m².
