Fikssan Fikstür was founded by ?hsan ANLA? in a workshop of 300 m² in Maltepe in 1974 as the first fixture company of Turkey. in 1997, it was moved to the new plant having an enclosed area of 8,000 m² in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone and new products were added to the mass component production for automotive industries. For the constantly increasing business volume, the second factory with a total enclosed area of 12,000 m² was completed in 2011 and area of the plant reached to 20,000 m². After the engagement of our new factory in 2011, the new wet paint and sandblasting plant was put into service. Our company is now active in three main production areas with 300 employees in total. MASS PRODUCTION: Bus frames, tractor cabins, tractor platforms, tractor fuel tanks, train brake modules. FIXTURE PRODUCTION and LINE AUTOMATION Providing services in the industries of automotive, rail systems, defense, agriculture and animal breeding, Fikssan Fikstür have performed many projects in Turkey and Europe. SPECIAL-PURPOSE MACHINE AND CLAMP PRODUCTION The company has come to the fore with very special projects in the production of special-purpose machines and clamps within its capacities in Turkey. Fikssan has all quality system certificates related to its productions: EN 15085-2, IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 It has well-equipped laboratories following the technology for quality production. It performs measurement and verification procedures by means of 3D CMM, FARO CMM ARM and FARO LASER TRACKER measurement devices. The biggest advantage of Fikssan, one of the leading companies in fixture production, it its strong competency in design. It provides the best design service by using Catia, Solidworks and Autocad programs.
