With its first foundation, Hammer Indústria de Autopeças Ltda., started to supply stamped parts, entering the market as a supplier of autoparts. Through intensive investments the Aethra Group has born. Over time it created new units to develop automotive components and manufacture tools for the production of metal parts, turning into one of the largest tooling construction companies in Latin America. Since 2003, it features assembly of complete truck cabs, with proprietary manufacturing projects and provides complete assemblies and product systems, expanding its field in engineering, tooling and serial production. The Aethra Group is currently a major developer in the Brazilian market, offering everything from prototypes to engineering services with its modern stations of CAD / CAM / CAE, as well as building softtoolings, prototyping, laser cutting 5D, development of definitive tooling, welding lines, assembly and serial production with Just-In-Time logistics, for many automotive centers in Brazil and the whole world. His most recent acquisition was the Flamma Automotive unit in Pouso Alegre, thus highly increasing its portfolio of customers and products and establishing itself as the only company, without being an automaker, to have a complete line of painting in-house.
