1. RECITALS
1.1 By this Privacy Policy ("Policy") SATTELO s.r.o., a company established and existing under the laws of the Czech Republic, having its registered office at Stojanova 1334, 686 01 Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic, ID No.: 03976947, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 87634 ("us" or "our" or "we") provides users ("Users" or "you") of the web-based market place JOP located at www.joinourprojects.com and its sub-domains ("Service") information on the manner and scope of User's personal data processing, as obtained and processed within the Service, including information on Users' related rights.
1.2 Your privacy is very important to us and all activities related to your personal data (such as collecting, processing and potential transferring) are realized in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("Regulation").
1.3 We inform you that by accessing and processing of your personal data, we are in the position of a data controller within the meaning of the Regulation.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1 Please acknowledge that we process your personal data obtained directly from you and/or from you use of the Service primarily based on the legal title of performing of the contract concluded between you and our company pursuant to our Terms of Use ("Contract"), as well as other legal bases. We process your personal data in particular for the following purposes:
- (a) Performance of the Contract
By registering, accessing or using the Service, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding Contract with us under conditions set out in our Terms of Use. 3.2 Cookies and analytical tools. We inform you that we may use cookies, log files and some analytical tools of third parties within the Service. These files are used to enable functioning of the Service, to provide you with better user experience and to further develop the Service. When you visit the Service, our web servers may automatically store in particular the domain name or IP address of the requesting computer, including the date, time and duration of your visit, the subpages you visit and information about the application (e.g. browsers) and accessing device you use to view the Service. 3.3 Other personal data. We may also process personal data provided by you when using the Service (e.g. personal data contained in your user content posted or published within the Service). 4. WHO OBTAINS OR HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
4.1 We inform you that your personal data are generally processed within our company and by our trustworthy subcontractors, suppliers or vendors, whose contact details are listed at list. However, please acknowledge that, due to the nature of the Service, your personal data you provided directly to us are made available and accessible to other Users.
4.2 If and to the extent permitted by law, we also may transfer your personal data to:
- (a) our service providers, on the basis of separate agreements with us, providing us certain services regarding the Service possibly including the processing of personal data, as well as approved subcontractors of our service providers; and

4.3 Please be informed that data obtained from the Service are currently transferred to and stored and processed by our hosting provider with which we concluded a data processing agreement that is required by the Regulation.
4.4 We reserve the right to remove parts of data that may identify you and share such anonymized data with any other parties. We also reserve the right to combine any anonymized information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information with any third party.
5. RETENTION PERIODS
5.1 We process your personal data and store your content published or posted within the Service for as long as it is necessary to ensure all rights and obligations under the Contract and for as long as we are obliged, as a data controller, to store personal data under applicable laws.
5.2 Following termination of the Contract or deactivation of your account within the Service, we or our service providers may retain all already obtained information, including your account or profile information and any already published or posted content within the Service, for a commercially reasonable period for backup, and/or archival purposes; we ensure you that this information will not be used for any other purposes. After the purpose of such retention lapses, this information is anonymised and/or deleted.
6. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
6.1 We ensure you that we take reasonable steps to keep your information within the Service protected and secured against any unauthorized access or disclosure, taking into account the state of the art, scope, context and purposes of processing of your personal data as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for your rights and freedoms. We also review our business practices periodically to ensure compliance with policies and procedures governing the security of your information.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
7.1 As a data subject, you may

- (c) demand erasure of personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were originally collected or otherwise processed, or if it emerges that the data have been processed unlawfully;
- (d) request restriction of processing of personal data;
- (e) exercise your right to data portability;
- (f) object the processing of your personal data, upon which we will stop processing your personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, namely where the reason lies in the enforcement of potential legal claims; and
- (g) refer to the respective oversight authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
8.1 We state that you may update, change or delete your account and any information posted to, or published within, the Service at any time directly in the Service and respective account settings.
8.2 You may also regulate reception of our transactional informative communication we send to all Users by changing your account preferences within the Service. Regarding possible commercial communication we send to Users, you may opt-out from such communication by changing your account preferences within the Service, as well as by clicking on respective unsubscribe link located in every commercial communication sent.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
9.1 We reserve the right to unilaterally modify this Policy from time to time. You will be informed about any upcoming material changes to this Policy in advance by a notice through the Service and/or via other means (e.g. by an e-mail), to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and stop using the Service at any time.
