1) Feeds

• Select pont of interest: Filter companies doing the business you want. Select one or more criteria. You can freely change the entry criteria depending on your needs. You can also use this tool to monitor your direct or indirect competition. Added criteria is possible by clicking on the pencil symbol.
• Number of companies corresponding to point of interest: You will always be able to see how many companies meet your criteria. If the new JOP is registered and meets the criteria you will see in the overall view and you will be notified.
• Number of companies corresponding to point of interest (which have an embedded project): Summarizing companies of interest and having a project.
• Concordance rate: Expresses the degree of consensus. The results are ranked from the highest degree of compliance to the smallest degree of compliance. This means that at the top will be those companies that meet our greatest expectations.
• View all parts: An overview of all activities (parts and services) that the firm deals with. Added value serves to improve overall overview.
• Focus = filtering can be expanded by other entry criteria:
  • Cetificates (Q1, VDA 63, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 9000, other)

• Company name: the name of the company you represent.
• Website: the web address of the company you represent.

• Email: electronic address of the company you represent.

• Telephone: Including international directional number.

• Full address: you can enter the exact address (the system automatically completes - city, street, GPS coordinates)
• Name: the system automatically completes immediately upon registration. You can edit it at any time.
• Las name: the system automatically completes immediately upon registration. You can edit it at any time.
• Email: the system automatically completes immediately upon registration. You can edit it at any time.
• Telephone: to the contact person. In case of a call.
• English speaking: important contact information. For companies very desirable information. We recommend publishing.
• Info: about company, history, present, vision, goals, reference, any information.

• Sales: Total Annual Revenue. Very important criterion. Companies often use this filter when searching. We recommend publishing.
• Payment term: commonly used invoice payment terms. Very important criterion.
• Established in: year of setting up the business you represent. Very important criterion. We recommend publishing.
• Certificates: what certificates your company has. One of the most important information. Companies often use this filter when searching. We recommend publishing.
• Activity (parts & services): what your company is doing. Your specialization. We recommend that you carefully go through all the activities on offer. Without this information you will not be traceable to your potential suppliers / customers. The most important iformation.

a) Release project

b) Apply projects

9) Add users

• If you want your account to be serviced by another person. You can add an email to the database. An email will be sent to the email. Upon confirmation, the person you add will be able to manage the company profile. An additional account can be removed at any time.

10) Cancel an account

• go to your "Account"
• select "Cancel an account"
• please select the reason for removing your account.

note.: When you have a deactivated account: Nobody sees your account.
note.: If you want to go back after deactivating your account, you can reactivate your account at any time by logging in again.
