1) Did not you receive a confirmation email immediately after you registered?

• Check the Junk Mail folder. If so, we recommend: "deselect SPAM"
• You can generate a confirmation email again: "send a confirmation email".

2) Forgot your password?

• If you have a JOP account (joinourprojects.com) and have forgotten your password. Here you can reset your password. Your message will be sent to you with an active link. Once you click on the link. You will see a box with the option to enter a new password. Immediately after this change your new password will work.

3) How do I create a JOP account (joinourprojects.com)?

• Go to www.joinourprojects.com
• Enter your name and Suriname.
• Create a password that you remember.
• Click "Join now"
• To complete and activate your account, you need to confirm your email. You must confirm that you are the owner of the email used to create your account.

4) How do I sign up for my JOP account?

• Go to the web www.joinourprojects.com. Up in the section "E-mail". Enter the email you provided when registering.
• In section "Password" enter yours password.
• Click on "Sing in".

5) Do not have access to an email address?

• Try to recover your email account. If you signed up for JOP via email, contact your email service provider (google, yahoo, …). This will restore the email you have registered to JOP. For example, many email providers offer the option on the sign-in screen: Are you having trouble signing in?
• If you get back to your e-mail, you can complete the password recovery procedure.

6) Can not find your JOP account?

• If you can not sign in to a JOP account. Or, you can not find your JOP profile. Try it: "Search for an account".

7) What to do if you think someone has invaded your account?

• If you think your account has been attacked or someone has taken control of it. We ask you to change your password. How to proceed with "Password Recovery".
